Jules Rauch OPC ’56: Lasting Impact

Jules Rauch OPC '56

Safeguarding the future of Penn Charter means taking the long view, which is exactly what Jules Rauch OPC ’56 intended when he recently signed his $2 million bequest to PC.

Rauch already has supported PC academic and athletics in the here and now. The money he has willed the school can sustain Penn Charter far into the future.

A legacy gift such as Rauch’s is a financial planning decision that takes into account a person’s charitable wishes and personal values. Often, planned gifts make it possible to give a larger gift than one’s annual income can support.

The How Far? campaign will raise 15 percent of the $75 million campaign goal through planned gifts.

Since the campaign began, we have received $8.2 million in planned gift commitments from 15 people.

To learn more about planned gifts, contact Shannon Makhija, smakhija@penncharter.com or 215-844- 3460 ext. 128, to discuss gift planning options that protect your assets for you and your family, but can also transform the lives of Penn Charter students.

A cancer survivor, Jules Rauch funded a PC student conference on
cancer in 2016 that connected motivated students with top scientists and doctors.
